Royal Arsenal Medical CentreFlu Vaccinations 2023-2024 commence 25th September. Online and telephone booking is now open for All patients 65 or over on 31st March 2024, as well as individuals under 65 who fall into at-risk groups.
We will be running our flu vaccine clinics during end of September and October. Invitations will be sent to eligible patients during September. Further details will be available nearer the time. All patients 65 or over on 31st March 2024 will be eligible for a free flu vaccine. Under 65’s in at risk groups will also be eligible. The at-risk groups this year are: COPD and other chronic respiratory disease, Chronic heart disease, Chronic kidney disease, Chronic liver disease, Chronic neurological disease, Type 1 diabetes, Type 2 diabetes requiring insulin or oral hypoglycaemic drugs, immunosuppression, Asplenia, pregnant women, Morbidly obese, carers, close household members of immunocompromised individuals.
