Live Well Greenwich

Live Well Greenwich provides 1-to-1 support for people living, working within or registered with a GP in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

Live Well Greenwich offers signposting and support to get the help you need with eating well, moving more, stopping smoking, housing needs, money, debt and benefit advice, employment and training, drinking less and social and community activities and NHS Health Checks and support for managing your long term condition.
