We are delighted to confirm that a GP Access Hub Video Consultation service is now available to our patients with appointments available for you to book directly.

The service is available to all patients registered with a Greenwich GP and is a particularly useful tool for working age patients who may find it difficult to attend surgery for a face to face appointment.

We have partnered with Greenwich Health and Q Doctor, who provide the platform and have local and national experience of supporting video consultations. We remain committed to ensure that the service is provided by local Greenwich GP’s as we do so in the hubs.

How to Access the Service

If you wish to be seen via the video consult service follow a few simple steps:

• Go to the Greenwich Health website
• You can either download the QDoctor app or access the service using a computer with a web-cam
• You will then need to create a Video Consult account and will verify that you are registered with a Greenwich GP
• You will have the option to run through a short triage process to ensure your issue is appropriate for a video consultation, and then you will be able to book an appointment at your convenience.

The consultation will be recorded using Vision Anywhere software and will be automatically written back to our practice.
